Step 1: Accessing Your Dashboard
When you first log in, you'll land on the dashboard home screen. This provides a snapshot of all your BVM products.
Step 2: Viewing Your Publication Ad
Click the "Ads" tab in the navigation menu.
Select "Publication" to view details.
You'll see:
A map showing where your magazine is delivered.
The number of publications your ad appears in.
The total number of homes reached.
A digital version of your ad and the magazine cover.
Need a copy? Download the ad directly from the dashboard.
Step 3: Checking Your Digital Ads (Meta - Facebook & Instagram)
Click "Digital Ads" and select "Meta".
The data defaults to the last 90 days, but you can adjust it to 30 or 60 days using the dropdown.
Key metrics include:
Total impressions and reach.
A pie chart showing performance by device (hover for details).
Demographics by age and gender.
Scroll down to see:
A weekly impressions chart (toggle between views and clicks).
A live ad preview with download options.
Step 4: Reviewing Display Ad Performance
Navigate to "Display Ads".
Review:
Impressions and reach data.
A weekly performance chart (toggle between views and clicks).
A preview of your display ad with a download option.
Step 5: Managing Your Online Listings
Go to "Online Listings" to update business info across 60+ directories.
Click "Edit" to update:
Phone number, website, and email.
Business categories (search using keywords like "contractor").
Business hours, social media profiles, and service areas.
Use the Quick Actions tab to:
Upload images (logo, Facebook profile photo).
Update business hours (click the pencil icon to edit specific days).
Scroll down to view listing performance:
Accuracy score, impressions, and engagement.
Platforms where your business info appears (Google, Bing, voice assistants).
Total searches, website clicks, and direction requests.
Step 6: Managing Reviews
Click the "Reviews" tab to:
Read and reply to Google and Facebook reviews.
Share reviews with your audience.
Want more reviews? Click "Generate More Reviews" to get a QR code.
Print it or add it to your email signature.
Ensure your profiles are synced and verified for this feature to work.
